    Hello,
i am working on a new computer for legion (so no haste). not an expert, so i might need some help.

    Motherboard MSI PH61A-P35 (B3) H61 G SA

Games / Settings Desired = mostly wow (legion), average to good quality would be enough
    Country = Germany
Parts that can be reused = hope some of the above, not sure
Do you need an OS = i hope not
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? no, should be fine

priority is getting an performance boost, while keeping noise levels low and costs as low as possible.
    - should been time to wait for an RX 470 or even RX 460 i guess to reduce costs. not sure about estimated noise though. dont like when graphic cards get too loud.
    - same with cpu and cooler - is the combination ok to keep noise levels low ? have choosen the cpu T variant cause of this and a cooler that has low minimum RPM. open for better suggestions ofc :P
    - dont know if i need to upgrade vista now, or if there is a downside if i am not. guess i am forced cause of the OEM thing.
    - i hope my old case will do (graphic card size / cpu cooler size)
    - maybe could need a suggestion on a good power supply for noise/costs that can handle the new system (old one might start failing (2-3 bluescreen a week), not sure. prefer to replace it)

i dont plan to upgrade for at least 3-4 years, so the hardware should last that long.
Open for any feedback / criticism / suggestions. Thx ;)

If you aren't overclocking your CPU, which I assume you aren't based on the CPU choice, you should be fine with the stock cooling solution.

6500T is a low power cpu not intended for gaming thus the really low clock speeds. Also that psu and ssd series is something you want to avoid. The RX480 is a fine gpu just wait with aftermarket cooling solutions and not the reference ones. I will place it in the list below as price placeholder.

So if you don't require an o/s (you can probably get a win10 pro oem key at kingduin for 25-30euro) i would look at the following:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

    CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor (€227.99 @ Mindfactory)

    Memory: Kingston FURY 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (€38.44 @ Amazon Deutschland)

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB Video Card (€269.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-M2 MicroATX Mid Tower Case (€57.83 @ Amazon Deutschland)
