"A mother in Evans, Georgia, is being accused of hosting a party for her teenage daughter that allegedly included naked Twister, consumption of pot and alcohol and culminated with the woman having sex with a 16-year-old male.
Rachel Lynn Lehnardt, 35, was arrested Saturday night and charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The charges stem from a wild party allegedly held a few weeks ago in her home, according to police reports. The suspect also has lost custody of her five children, ages 4, 6, 8, 10, and 16.”*

if 16 was the legal age in their state, i don't know why she got in trouble. it's nonsense she would lose her kids over this.
i mean, i wouldn't ever date a 16 year old and i'm pretty sure that's the legal age in my state. i just find it gross. but if it's legal, everything that was done to her is 100% wrong. UNLESS her younger children were there, or younger teens were at the party as well.

Not sure why she felt the need to confess to having sex with an 18 year old. Not really a law against that. That said, she really shouldn't be giving drugs to anyone who is under 18. Pot isn't all that bad for me to even care about, and drinking at 18 is fine with me since, like they say, they can go to war and kill, but drinking is just wayyy to much according to the government.
So, the story doesn't say all the facts. She confessed and is getting 6 years probation. No word on if she will get her kids back or not. At least she is seeking help as well now.

i much as i despise alcohol, losing your kids over it is fucking ridiculous, unless you're a raging drunk that beats your family or something. weed... like, all of my friends smoked weed in high school. it's not a special crime to give them weed, it's just breaking the normal law imo. it's way overboard imo.
