[Tailoring] Quest: The path to suramar city question (legion)

So I'm trying to do the tailoring quest line to try and get obliterum for my DH and I got the quest to tell me to go to suramar city. The objective "find a safe way to move about in the city" is completed, but it doesn't update to tell me what to do next. does anyone have any experience with this quest or advice to give me? Thanks

edit: in case this gets googled by someone looking for an answer - you have to do suramar quests until you unlock the disguise that lets you walk around the city. when that is done, and the quest doesn't auto update, relog and it should. if you have it done before you pick up the quest you can literally just relog right in front of the quest giver, get it to update, and turn it in

I relogged, I restarted the game, cannot turn the quest in.
