whatever your health problem is, im sorry to tell you that your doctor is likely going to just give you meds and call it a day.

If you give them reason to believe you have depression or some form of psychosis (aside from just fatigue), yes, sure, if you don't, they won't.

Probably need more exercise tbh, and not just walking. Do some cardio and weight training, eat better, and see how you feel after a month or 2.
