A low budget build for Minecraft

I'd like to surprise my father with a new computer.

The budget is highly flexible, but low. The lower, the better. I would like this computer to run Minecraft on 60 fps. If you can advise me something that costs 200 euro, great! If it's 300, that's still okay, but 200 would be better, as long as it meets requirements: Running Direwolf20 without texturepacks on 30 fps is alright. Vanilla+ with John Smith on 60 fps.
    Resolution: HD
Country: Netherlands. I always order on Azerty.nl if you wish to check if a part is available for me.
I do not need peripherals or an OS.
I do think I'm gonna pick up a small SSD for him (128gb) as the game would load a lot quicker (true?) and 8gb ram.
I have a mini tower case I can build in.

Do you need a monitor with this build? Please post the model of your case if it's possible.

    - - - Updated - - -

    CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 € 72,90
    Motherboard: MSI H81M-P3 € 43,90
    RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage - DDR3 € 37,90
    GPU: MSI N750Ti 2GD5/OCV1 € 117,90
    PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX430 € 48,90
    SSD: OCZ Trion 150 120GB € 52,90

    Total: € 374.4

This is the cheapest I could fit on Intel. Notice the lack of HDD, you should consider if that works for you. There are no cheap storage options at Azerty, so if 120GB isnt enough your best bet would be getting 240GB SSD (same one or Crucial BX200, this one is slightly better imo). I'm not good at AMD builds, I'm pretty sure you can build cheaper on AMD, but the performance will suffer.

Thanks, looks quite good! I don't need a HDD, so all good there Don't need a monitor either. Maybe not even a PSU, but I'd rather replace it anyway. The case is from the Dell Inspiron, like this one.

Should be good but it somehow falls over here is a good option for the case.

I found a lovely secondhand 2 gb gtx 770 to go with it for a very good price (from a friend). Should I change the power supply?

    Yes.

Also, this processor likely wont be able to fully utilize the potential of GTX 770.
