Why take in game gold when you can just take cash, in the end real cash is always going to be a better option, since you can just buy gold with it if needed but selling gold is a struggle and the rates generally are horrible.

The discussion that is against TOS happens in skype mostly, there is nothing Blizzard can do about it. Blizzard can't just ban people because they ask the buyer to add them to skype, they have zero proof that anything against TOS is happening.
