Its only $10 more and I really prefer the white, but is there a functional reason it is not as good like quality or accessibility those are important and I'd really like to know. Thank you for all the help.

There is a ton of decent white cases, this one is not one of them. Should've just stated in the beginning that you like white, it's no problem to pick.
