Order hall "talent tree" - what are you going to choose?

What traits are you guys going to research at your order halls?
I mean the traits where you choose between two perks. Order hall talent tree or whatever it's called :P

Initially,

For the first tier, the improved quest rewards (you don't really need the increased success chance for first mission of the day).

For the second tier, Pain Suppression just cause the prayers thing is so useless.

For the third tier, probably the work orders for equipment.

For the fourth tier, probably the Zealots (but I don't really know which is "better").

For the fifth tier, probably the Seal.
