Quick question about new transmog system

If I'm a horde main, but there's an alliance only model that I unlock on an ally character like Stitches' Stitchings will I be able to use it or am I SOL?

It depends. If items have a horde/alliance equivalent, you won't be able to use the alliance on on horde. Like items in ToC. There are items in that raid that only drop for horde, and some that only drop for alliance, and if you faction change, they turn into the equivalent version of that faction. If that is not the case and it also does not have a faction tag on the item itself like the movie transmog items do, then I'm pretty sure that the item will be transmoggable on both sides.
