Watercooling question on Asus Z170-A Voltage Regulator

Hi guys i have a thermaltake core p5 case

    (open air case https://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-L.../dp/B015U7LXO4)

and planning on using a ASUS-Z170-A mobo with this watercooling setup.

....do i need to worry about having some form of airflow to the VRMs since i am using a CPU waterblock?? Since this case is open, and i have a cool room and Overclocking i5-6600k will be happening and i have a 480mm rad with accompanying fans....will this be alright?
