Honestly, the younger generations seem to have much more problems being social with people out side of digital devices. Especially during Job interviews or in business settings. They dont know how to shake a hand, they dont seem capable of looking you in the eye, they tend to be hunched over instead of standing up straight and seem very awkward in engaging in real conversation. NOt all mind you, but a great many.

Kids spend more times on their phones on a date then paying attention to their date.

That's not the problem. The problem is when half of the employers are the kind who do not want to shake hands with anyone. That always leaves you wondering whether you should try or not, having no idea of which camp that new person belongs to.
