Alright, so just so i can understand this talent fully because I honestly have no idea if im thinking about this correctly. The way I interpret what the tooltip is trying to say is that when you have a target beaconed, that target now has your mastery being that all the healing you do to people within the 10 yard radius of the target you beaconed now get the added healing from your mastery. So essentially do you now have 2 lightbringer circles? being yourself and the target you beaconed? Idk the tooltip just really confused the shit out of me, and still has me scratching my head, just wondering if im thinking about it correct. thanks bros!

yes, beacon target has a 10 yard 100% mastery circle as well as yourself
