i dont get that one either, what even are those ingreidients? the white stuff looks like brie? and is that meant to be a chicken burger? and beetroot on top? i dont know what any of that is supposed to be.

Guess that's burgers, butter and some other things, assuming it's meant to say it will make you rather fat, hence the big ass reference.

Although a heart attack reference would have been more accurate.
