    Ultra budget pc for parents (~$300)

    My parents' pc died, they asked me for a new one.

    Mostly skroutz.gr or visionstudio.gr. The latter is easier for me.

    Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz - would be good candidate, if I checked prices correctly it would cost as much as Pentium G3258 + HD 6450 (and it is faster).

    about other parts - pick whatever you like

    One quick question, will this play h265 1080p video? Or am I good with an onboard graphics card?

    You're good with onboard, especially if you go with 6th gen.
