Hello, recently ive watched a youtube video and i saw a person wearing a t-shirt which design was reminiscent of the green trophy tabard of the illidari.

ive tried searching the blizzard shop and online but i could not find it.

having bought redbubble t-shirts recently - quality is pretty decent.

basically - official merch shops tend to be spares compared to places like redbubble, http://www.welovefine.com/ , etsy etc on one hand - yeah I'd like to support the actual company, but at the same time - their selection is just... so... shitty, that I end up going to the fan made stuff instead. personally.

The collared illidari tabard shirts that are on the Blizzcon interviews and gamescom interviews were Blizzard staff exclusive. I know because I asked them where I could buy them at Blizzcon. Not sure if that's what you saw.
