Upgrade PC for Legion

Add some ram and upgrade the gpu, I think those 2 changes will be enough. I have 5770 and it started to lack performance after pre-patch arrived.

How can i do it ?
Do i risk to damage my others components if the PSU doesn't work properly ?

Use HWMonitor, Speedfan or motherboard software. Look for 12V line, test in the most demanding task you perform on your PC.

The voltage has to stay under 12V on the 12Vline if it works properly ?

Last question : For the GPU, no difference between MSI, Sapphire (the one i plan to buy) and Asus ?

Should be between 11.8-12.2V. Sapphire is a brand that deal exclusively in AMD cards, it's considered the best AMD card brand in mid to lower highend range.
