Reincarnated has being going for over 7 years and once again heading into new expansion time to make a new recruitment post. We’re looking to hit the ground running with our already established raid team who achieved 9/13 Mythic before the summer breaks took hit on progression, but we never stopped raiding pushing forward having fun and making new friends while we kept calm and carried on.
As we can take up to 30 people while we clear Normal and Heroic in Legion we will use this time the best we can to gather the correct people who fit in with the ideals of the guild nice relaxed 2 days raiding we're looking for people that really enjoy raiding - even when it's "hard" or another clear up to the progress boss because it helps the team overall.
We have a really great core team who show up every raid unless literally moving country or an emergency (bereavement/hospital level).
Our atmosphere in raids and the guild in general is awesome, even on a 'down' night people are well too cheery. On progress we have happy raiders, it is very possible to have fun while focussing on the harder content.
A big part of this is because we choose to politely yet firmly part ways with people that act poorly towards others or about loot or crap like that what in the long game doesn't matter.
Mistakes will also happen, usually it means we need more practice but if it's a player issue we'll try and help fix the problem. Worst comes to worst, if we have to sit someone to deal with a play issue out of raid we do it politely. Your team mates are helpful, if they notice a mistake being made they might tell you straight up to save you any possible embaressment later.
We are also open to social raiders those maybe not able to put in as much time or just looking to raid that optional Sunday and have a guild to call home in there limited playtime. Socials are also a strong aspect of the guild even if you’re not a fan of raiding guild offers a great place to make friends and events outside of PVE raiding like PVP, Pet Battle Tournaments and Competitions we have an Officer dedicated to thinking up great new entertaining things outside of raiding add Arisu#2306 if interested in this.

We are happy to talk with anyone only reason a role may be closed at current is due to being over subbed for that job but always worth having a chat if you think you have something to offer.
We really have a Friendly relaxed fun place to be here and would like to grow it more and more even beyond wow but a great place to make new friends is raiding.

13/13 Mythic didn't see that happening when we first built team from scratch going into Highmaul not having enough people to raid to clearing BRF HC then xmas starting mythics.
Wonderful team and good bunch of people some things to clean up get set for legion but going to hit the ground running.
