Why did they give Prayer of Mending a cast time? :(

Let me know how that works out for you in PvP when melee are hugging you. PoM needs to be instant again for Holy. It relies too much on peels in PvP unlike Disc.

You can talent PoM to be instant (see "Rapid Mending"). It's one of the Honor talents.
