Hidden Dreadlords in the Pre-patch

Tried wandering Org on my hunter with Track Hidden and Track Demons up and no such luck, gonna try on my monk with Cursed Vision of Sargeras on to see if maybe that works.

you dont see demons wandering around tholol.
its buff that gives you some fun abilities, so you can "corrupt" other players with your dark thoughts and turn into a dreadlord at the end and kill innocents for fun!

Going by wowhead comments, it was at least a month before someone found the murloc egg.

I believe the conga hat took a year to find. (Though in that case it's impossible to know if it was available all of WoD for a certainty)

You do in Dalaran (Legion) though. That might be what's being referred to here.

A bit off topic, but I did run into some dwarf miner standing inside the Crumbling Depths in Deepholm, and if you try talking to him it says "Requires expansion: Legion".

edit: Just went and looked. Was added in 6.2.2 on sept 1st 2015, was found about halfway through oct.

The idea, if the rumors are true, was to try and see if there are any actual dreadlords in the city. I know on the Beta how the event worked, the rumor is that there is a way to trigger it now, and I figured a likely way would be to somehow find a dreadlord and in doing so, it would give you the buff to start the process.

The only other obvious way I could think of would be if warlocks could have something to do, maybe interacting with the doomsayers would give the option to summon a dreadlord?

But honestly, I expect the Dark Whispers event to start on Tuesday. Would make sense to have that run for a week, then have the full blown invasions start a week after that.

Cinematics, for one. Some hidden artifact appearances and the way of obtaining them.

That doesn't count that hasn't been added, that's the only thing. Cinematics are never added.

Nothing from prepatch to the first major patch is currently unknown it's all known.

This is probably just an accident, but there's an NPC now at the back of that saronite mine in Icecrown in Ymirheim who is level 110 and is tagged as having to do with Legion. Anyone else seen this guy?

WoD cinematics (WoD Launch ones were). So they actually do count as *secrets*.

that's the entire event, you get a buff where you get abilites, most of them are manipulation stuff and one of them is turning yourself into a dreadlord.

Kinda sucks Blizzard made something so cool too hidden. I could understand the murloc egg. It is a permanent thing in-game so there's all the time in the world to find it. This is a limited time event. Players might not find it until August 29 and enjoy it for one day. Or maybe we'll never find it before Legion is out.
