You should build yourself. Make sure to watch some tutorial videos first to determine if you're down to do it yourself. If you are not you should find some to do it for you. You can easily save at least 500 pounds on the build like that if you do it yourself.

I would suggest you avoid the Nvidia card if it is a founders edition and go for an AIB one like Asus, MSI etc..

Also an m.2 drive is very expensive compared to a regular SSD and offers small to no benefits in normal usage and 128 GB is pretty small, I would advise to grab a regular sata SSD between 240-500 Gb. Also seagate HDD's are not know for their quality but as with everything they may last forever/break after 6 :months of usage.

As for the monitor, 1080p on a 27 inch may start to look a bit pixelated usually we advise people to get max 24 inch for 1080p and go for 1440p on 27 inch of bigger. Also TN has bad viewing angles, but if you sit straight in front of it all the time this is a non issue.

Buying a prebuilt is usually more expensive then building yourself, but if you really don't want ot build yourself, maybe you can find a store nearby that can do it for a fee which should end up cheaper then most prebuilts.

Seagate HDD are fine now, they are still noisier and consume more power though.

Just missing keyboard/mouse those are all subjective. Monitor is not one id recommend, just similar to the one included to give you an idea of what kind of savings you could have by building. With a mouse/keyboard included you are at 400 pound saved give or take, and these are higher quality parts than what is in that prebuilt.

Many guides out there, here is one from jaystwocents:

If you decide to go for it choose a different monitor than one i linked above, 27" 1080p does not look very good due to low pixel density.
