    Talking PC for Legion

    Budget:
i´m not sure, i´m going to save enough in the next months but i don´t have any maximum price atm.
    Resolution:
    1920x1080p.
    Games / Settings Desired:
World of Warcraft Legion in at least 7 settings because I saw poor performance with a 980ti at 10 settings and I dont want to spend a lot of money just to see more grass in the game so 7 is fine to me at 45-60 fps.
Any other intensive software or special things you do:
I use adobe premiere for video editing for my youtube channel maybe obs for some casual stream and I´m engeenier so I use some CAD software like solid works for my designs.
    Country:
    Mexico
    Parts that can be reused
    I have a r7 250 gddr5 video card but i guess i need a most powerful one
    Do you need an OS?
    No, I already have a W7 license.
    Do you need peripherals?
Yes, a 21"-24" 1920x1080p monitor I don´t want a gaming one just a good 1080p monitor for wow and work.

    Thank you!!

    2) What kind of budget are you aiming for?
    3) Are you overclocking?
