Blizzard has said the number of preorders is similar to Warlords, which means 12+ hour queues on Frostmourne for sure. I had guildies last year who tried to log on at 5:10am after server restart at 5:00am who didn't get on until 7:20pm that night when servers were going down at 7:30pm.
Unsure how much better it will be on other servers.
