Professions on Legion for progress

Hello. I hope for feedback on how we should manage professions if our world rank goal is around 300. Also do you consider running split runs mandatory to reach that kind of world rank?

I guess having alts level 110 for professions is really beneficial but do I need 20 people to gear the alts and run split runs?

None of those things are mandatory for rank 300 but obviously they are a boon you need to consider risking against the chance of players burning out.
