Looking into buying or building a computer budget is $1300 just for the tower....

Going to be playing WoW Legion and I want to play it on ultra settings...

Getting a prebuilt tower and changing graphics card would do too...

Yep this would destroy WoW for years to come, stealthy black build too : ) Only bit of red in the video card but you would barely see it. You could spend more money but with no gains (i7/gtx 1070 etc).

In fact you could do this a lot cheaper but with your budget all the parts are quality high end stuff in this build, with a focus on aesthetics as well.
