I guess is cooking and first aide is fast enough to lvl, but what about fishing?

Fishing is a bit more time consuming, but it's still not too bad if you do the Org/SW and Garrison fishing dailies for the extra skill points.

In Legion you can also fish up rare fish, that when consumed will increase your fishing skill by 5. These fish are needed for the fishing artifact. I think you will fish up quite alot of these, so dont stress about leveling up fishing pre-Legion.

If you get a garrison, and manage to get the fishing shack, the daily quest is +15 to fishing skill.

Fishing is pretty quick if you join one of the garrison pugs right now. You can use the coins to buy books to increase your skill. You can also get the books from the mob in MoP. Ask the trainer in Halfhill where the pools are and fish in the giant one to spawn him.

Dont waste time leveling fishing. For the fishing artifact prequest, you will gather so many +5 fishing skill boosts plus the amount of time you need to fish will easily bring you to max fishing.

Without giving any spoilers, the fishing artifact is awesome. Can only recommend to do it, only for the quest mob
