Former US 25th raider returning for Legion; looking for a guild!
Hey everyone! I'm back to WoW after an extensive break, and I'm looking for a clean start in a solid guild for Legion.
As I've been away from the game for quite a while (left during Mythic Highmaul progression when my former guild decided to disband, then came back briefly around December to check out Hellfire Citadel with a new guild, then they also called it quits) I'm essentially starting from scratch. As such, I can't really apply with any specific character as I don't have any that are currently Mythic-ready for HFC. I'm also not set in stone on whether I want to play Horde or Alliance, or what class I'd like to main going in to Legion with all the fun new toys we all get.
While it may be disconcerting that I've been absent for so long and do not have a specific character (or even a class in general) to specialize in, I can assure you wholeheartedly that whichever class I do play, I will - as I've always done - play it to the utmost of my abilities, and will spend every minute I can squeeze out of the day towards getting every little bit better.

Hi Rakaji! Scrawny Grabb is recruiting! We will be raiding Tuesday at 7 est! We may begin the evening by checking out the demon invasionso as a group but then should continue to H HFC where we will gear up alts, new guildies and hope for Titanforged drops! <Scrawny Grabbers> is a newly formed mature raiding guild comprised of both end-game mythic and heroic raiders. We will be pushing Legion content quickly and efficiently, but without the rigors and demands of a hardcore raiding guild. Raiding in Legion is very much a priority and will be a primary focus, but nothing is more important to all of us than a solid group of people with the right personalities, and who will ultimately help to foster a healthy guild environment.

<The Collective> is a relatively new guild that began in February and has quickly progressed to end-game mythic raiding. We are now a strong 12/13M and looking for a few solid raiders to help push us to 13/13M before the Legion arrives.

A three night schedule
Tuesday: 11:00pm CST (server) to 2:00am CST (server)

Goals
The goal of <The Collective> is two fold. The most important part is to have fun and down bosses, doing so on a semi-hardcore schedule.
The second goal is to create a friendly environment for all to join. Once we get a good solid base, we'll look to expand to a second and possibly even a third raid team, with different days than the original raid team. This will allow for maximum activity and maximum members. When there are enough members and cross-team play can occur, then there should always be some type of activity going on within the guild. Either alt-raids, PvP, or just simply dungeons.

Who we are:
Skunkworks is a guild for stellar players who can not or do not want to commit to the time-intensive raid schedules of traditional "hardcore" guilds. If you want to kill <Expansion Endboss>, but your newly acquired significant other, job, child, or puppy doesn't understand that "lame fantasy thing you do," then we might be what you're looking for. We raid Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-11 PST, even after patch releases and during progression races and have done so since our inception. That's right, just 8 hours a week and never more.
Who we expect you to be:
We are very protective of our guild environment and selective in recruitment. Applicants will only be considered if they demonstrate above-average intelligence, exemplary skill, a thorough understanding of game mechanics, a high level of maturity, a strong command of the English language, and above all a complete and total lack of epeening, douchebaggery, asshattery, and anything else that would make you unpleasant to be around. We all get paid to deal with idiots, why should we pay to spend our leisure time with them as well? If that sounds appealing, and you meet our admittedly high expectations, then I can unequivocally promise you that Skunkworks will be the best online nerd experience you will ever have the pleasure of being a part of.
