I should apologise i wasn't trying to be literal just throwing in a couple of very rough examples of unexpected stuff that tends to happen when bliz dont fully think minor tweaks through.

As to what others have said pure haste would be prefered but it still seems underwhelming.

Also a pure haste buff is a bit close to hero and mages wont stand for that.
