[Addon] - Talent Set Manager

It's a very simple talent frame enhancement that allows to store and load sets of talents.
I just felt the need for this, given the 1-minute time frame to change talents, and couldn't find nothing similar around.

looks pretty well (didnt tested it yet). wondering myself why blizzard didnt do that by themselfes, since its a very logical next step, when you have set-orientaed talent design like its now, and have to go to a rest place to change talents.

Looks nice thanks for making it, at work so haven't tried it yet, if you could make it possible to link those sets to gear as well that would be great.
So double click your aoe talent set and it'll equip your aoe gear set to.

I was looking for something like this in WoD with the constant talent changes from AOE to Single target bosses. Definitely going to pick this up tonight and try it out.

I've added some new features:

- LibDataBroker support
- Equipment set linkable to a talent set
- Possibility to drag sets into actionbars (automatically creating a character macro)
- Possibility to ignore tiers when saving
- Talent highlight when mouseovering a set
- Chat filtering for "you have learned ..." / "You have unlearned ..." messages
- A little bit of customization under Blizzard interface options
