I don't really buy this argument. Parents already groom their children for a wide range of traits, and we don't see this process as immoral - in many cases, it's good parenting. In the case of grooming specifically for the benefit of the parent I would generally say this is immoral, but we don't legislate against it in other areas of parenting. In terms of sexual relations between parents and children, I might argue that it's a useful tool - bonobos use it to calm their kids, for example, instead of beating them like we often do.

I don't see legality of incest developing any critical problems unless we culturally condemn people who engage in it, and more specifically those who are groomed.

Uhhh what health issues? They aren't having children. It's very normal for son to lust for their mother. You must not have taken a basic level psychology class.
