New PC running slow / stuttering

    Hi guys,

2-3 weeks ago I ordered a new PC hoping to work faster with Adobe software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere and also for better gaming experience.

It was all good until today. All over sudden the PC runs kind of slow / it seems to "stutter" even in Firefox / Chrome (it's a pain in the ass to write this text because of the "stuttering") or when writing an Email in Outlook! I dont think I can get any work done this way. The only thing I did today was installing a small windows update and playing a game for an hour or two (until I got a critical_structure_corruption Bluescreen)

    My specs:

    - Windows 10 64 Bit, upgraded from Windows 8.1
    - Cooler Master Elite K380
    - Corsair VS450 450 Watt (80+)
    - MSI 970 Gaming, AMD 970
    - AMD FX-8320 overcl. 8x 4.5GHz
    - 16GB OC DDR3-RAM @2133MHz (2x 8GB)
    - Nvidia GeForce GTX970, MSI GAMING 4G
    - SSD 250GB Samsung 750 Evo MZ-750250
    - 4000GB S-ATA3, 600MB/Sek.

Your might be CPU is overheating reseat it with new thermal paste . You should also declock your ram to 1866mhz. The error is a windows 10 error. You should also reinstall windows 10. I had this error when i did an upgrade. I fixed by reinstalling a fresh copy of windows 10

Thank you for your answer, also thought of a reinstallation, this might be the next step tomorrow morning, if I dont find any solution for this problem

Your PSU is too weak for your system, you might want to look into that. This PSU series is also bad in general.

If you ordered it only a few weeks ago it's still under warranty, send it back for the supplier to fix.
If you try anything DIY like reseating the CPU cooler you void your warranty and you're on your own.

He doesn't specify that he built it himself, and if he didn't he risks voiding his warranty.
If he did build himself then no harm done, and he can pull it apart again.
