    New PC build

Hi, I'm looking for a build for my first PC Build. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Budget - Around $1000
    Resolution - 1920x1080
Games / Settings Desired - Mainly WoW, NBA 2k17 when it comes out, some Witcher 3. Highest settings possible
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) - I'd like to do some occasional streaming.
    Country - U.S.
Parts that can be reused - None
Do you need an OS? Yes
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? No

I was looking at the gtx 1060 but not sure which specific card to go with. Any recommendations on a particular one? Thank you for your time.

Would you recommend that gpu over the MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Armor OC or the ASUS dual 1060? Not really sure about all the different ones, thank you in advance.

    If you are doing

(Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
you would be much better of with an i7, if you can handle a tad more budget. It is much faster at such things.
