    Complete Computer noob needing help.

Hello all. As the title reads, I'm completely hopeless with computers. So here I am hoping to get some help. I would like to try and start streaming and am not sure on what build I would need.

Budget: No budget per say. As I will build this over time. I would like to stay low on a cost, but high enough that the viewers still will have a decent picture.

Games: Just your typical Blizzard games. WoW (Raiding and arenas), OW, some Diablo and some LOL

    Country: USA

OS: Will just go Win 10 I suppose.

    Peripherals: Monitor for sure.

If I'm missing anything, let me know. Also, I'm sure I would have to hand build this. So if you have a website that could walk me through building this, that would be a plus. Thank you for your time.

Well as long as the prices don't fluctuate too much. This should be fine. What type of ingame settings should I run for the best performance? Also, I really appreciate you talking the time to help me out.

Only thing i'd change/add to Fascinate's build is the possibility of going to a GTX 1070 for more future-proofiness/higher settings, but that is purely a matter of budget.

If you can afford it, do it. If not, the 1060 is a great card for 1080p/60
