and at ilvl 845 42% crit chance is extremely low, im sitting 55-56% crit at ilvl 840 gear(not counting critical mass) so the value of firestarter gets even lower but i could see firestarter being useful on fights with regular spawning add with a lot of hp but not much after that tbh
