Soloing Spec for the firelands legendary staff?

Hey guys, i never got to finish my Staff from firelands and I just resubbed because of legion prepatch. Currently leveling my WL to 100 so I can finish the quest as i saw at my brothers that soloing that is now possible.
With all the new talents ect. i was wondering whats the best soloing spec for old raids like cataclysm and higher? I'm at Time Grows Short where i have to collect the Seething Cinders and then i'm done.

Any WL specc can solo old content. Your shield is enough, if you want to make sure pick affli with infinite leech based on your dmg, since you do like 100x dmg in legacy raids.

Be 100 and than every boss besides Mists of Pandaria are just a quick burn and go. Like Plato13 said be affliction and you're your own healer or destruction and incinerate everything with rain of fire.
