Legion raid/artifact requirements

Hey all, so group of us put together a raid team for legion that wants to hit the ground running full steam. We plan to be ready to raid 1st night of raids Sept 20th. However we put this team together to raid mythic and progress fast. We do however want to clear the raids in order of level starting with normal and so on, but we don't want any casual slackers on the team. So my question is this.

What would be a good item level and artifact level requirement for a serious raiding team to require each member have on Sept 20th?

I should clarify we going to start in heroic not normal so what requirements for normal?

Well over 9000 gear score obviusly

Devs said in one of their Q&As or somewhere else that the first raid will be tuned with not full artifacts in mind.

850+ for heroic, 830+ for normal.
