[Question] Why can't hunters use warglaives?

There are so many classes that can use warglaives, and we've been able to dual wield swords along with ranged weapons for so many years, but we can't use the warglaives? I mean they're not warglaive type so why not?

Pretty sure they didn't want hunter's taking the glaives from BT since half the set bonus wouldn't even proc.

Because some abilities with survival require a 2 handed weapon, the warglaives are not a 2 handed weapon.

Because technically we never had a spec that uses dual wield weapons for anything beside stats sticks.

I wish they would remove the restriction too, I have both glaives in my hunter's bank, but that's how it is. If survival ended up a dual wield spec, maybe they would have unlocked them, but it didn't, most of our melee abilkity require a 2 hander.
