WoD to Legion Professions Catch up for Alts?

Does anyone know if there is a profession catch up to max out to be ready for Legion? As of right now the only way you can get skill points for WoD (excluding the 5 for darkmoon faire) is to spend the gold on making the crafting building for your profession so you can obtain the required bop resource for your profession, and still you are only able to obtain so much a day.

Is there anything in Legion that will help get you past this so you don't have to spend 5-10k gold and just lets you farm?

From what I've seen. It really doesn't matter what skill you have in your professions since most Legion recipes can be crafted from skill level 1.
You will need to have at least 100 skill in a profession to unlock the World Quests for it. But I reckon you should easily get that whilst levelling up your character in the Broken Isles.
