If you're overclocking (which you should be doing). You can skip the PSU but I suggest getting it if you can afford it.

    You're not thunderball!

But Horias if we're talking about WoW then yes you will see a small performance gain by overclocking. But yeah you'd have to tell us what GPU you're using and what games you are planning on playing.

Yes, and with your setup you absolutely must overlock, otherwise a good quarter of your budget spend is a waste.

4.5-4.6 depending on your room temps.

Very much so depends on how your CPU binned and what kind of cooling you have. But I can get my 6700k to 4.5GHz comfortably and 4.6-4.7GHz if i'm willing to run pretty hot. But I'd look up some guides and do small increases and then test and you should be a-okay.

    Here's a video that explains it decently - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjIweExETlI
(I know some people dislike Linus but this video explains overclocking in a fairly straight foward manor and happens to be a 6700k aswell)

Yes you should most definitely overclock, it will net you a nice performance gain in WoW. But you should be fine without overclocking.

Yes overclocking your CPU for WoW would net you a few more fps.

Depends on how much you overclock, hard to say for sure.

I've heard it said that each .1 GHz will raise your FPS by about 1%. Not entirely sure how true or accurate that is though. If is is accurate though, a 4.5 GHz overclock should raise your FPS by 3%, since the Turbo on the 6700k is already at 4.2.
