Outside of Watson, I'm not sure there is a QB in the draft I would take a shot at, even with a 6th round pick.

Being drunk and resisting arrest there as an Oklahoma football player, actually probably hurts you lol.

Frankly I'm not real sure I would waste a pick on any of them. You have just about as much lucky with someone's back up tbh.

drunk and running... yeah dumb but college stuff and really victimless, but i see what youre saying

as far as a qb, your 4th-7th round picks dont always make the roster, less than 50% even. im taking flyers on qbs late in the draft, especially someone like trubisky. if he turns out to be good, you have a franchise qb playing on a 6th round salary. paying backups from other teams never works and its always expensive. taking flyers lands you dak prescott every once in a while

Hugh Freeze quit today.

The stunning stupidity of these people astounds me - he was caught making multiple calls to escort services on his university issued cellphone.

I've had a work cellphone before. I've had a work laptop. I never, ever, ever did anything personal on them except maybe check email and facebook. When friends send me messages that contain work inappropriate stuff I ask them to keep things out of my work e-mail.

And here's a guy who makes millions, and he's like, "I need to call an escort service. Let me use my work phone so that my employer (THE STATE) can see what I'm doing."

Dang, I discussed it with the other mods, but didn't think to check in here.


Freeze is just screwed, they let him go without severance pay or settlements or anything. Just fired without any recourse.

Glad they did too, he sounds like an enormous hypocritical scumbag.



In other news, college ball is about to start again too. Going to be a fun year again.
