1. Commit to level and gear up fast
2. Commit to raiding atleast one full tier
3. Flexible in raiding 2-3
4. Able to keep close to 90% attendance
5. Have a working mic and not afraid to speak up
6. No computer/connection problems
7. Active on researching class/bosses/guild forums
8. Be mature, no drama/spamming/bullying

Basic Guild Info:
Freshly started guild for Legion looking to create and grow a large community to raid with throughout the whole expansion to clear all raiding content in the raid times. We are 8 friends who know each other in real life but this won't be an exception everybody will be threated as individuals and their own skills! We are all from The Netherlands but accept all Nationalities.
The plan is to take everyone that is 110 with best pre raid bis gear and best artifact people so we are making a strong roster with some benched ones while continue clearing content.
The idea of our guild is get a big roster at first and after that we tighten it up to 22 man roster to close it out and bench/kick the bad people that won't attend we will use a fair loot system and the one that performs will receive promotion and loot.
