Does anyone have any data on that? Seeing how there are four artifact skins for each spec of class in total - earned at prestige 1 level 50, 5, 9 and 13 - I was wondering how long it takes on average to get one prestige rank.

Depends if you win or lose, capture different objectives etc. Play a bunch of battlegrounds and work out the averages yourself, I don't think that metric is important enough for someone to chart it out on the internet somewhere.
