Research recruitment: Attitudes towards offenders with mental illness

Hey guys, I posted here last year when recruiting for my undergraduate study and got a lot of responses, so I'm hoping you can help out again with my PG!

I am in need of students/graduates to take part in an online survey which is looking at the impact demographical factors, such as age, race, degree choice, etc, has on attitudes towards prisoners with mental illness. The research is conducted through an online questionnaire, and takes 15 or so minutes to complete. I would be extremely grateful for anyone who could take the time to complete it- thanks very much guys, and I hope Legion is good to you all!)

Is religion part of the questionare? Are certain religions considered a mental illnesses?
