    <Level Sixty> Late Night Raiding - Horde - US Area 52 - Legion Raiding

    Weekday Raid Team

    Tues/Wed @ 21:00PST
Ideal Candidate: A player who has a hardcore mentality with research, class mechanics, and attendance. This is a “Progression” team.
Mission: To clear Mythic content and achievements within the time frame of the tier's existence.
    Roster: High level raiders.

    Weekday Raid Team Expectations

    General

*Please remember that we’re here playing a game. We’re friends, and we’re here to have fun. That being said, Also remember that there are 9+ other people trying to have fun with you.

*The common themes of this raid team are “Have fun, act like an adult, and use common sense.” You will see that a lot during this document. Please take note of it.

*Absolutely, positively, keep all forms of drama out of our raid.

*Your guild is your family. Please treat them with respect.

*You are an Ambassador, Representative, and Paragon of our guild. Your actions and behavior are representative of our Guild’s mindset, and values. Please keep that in mind at all times when you are interacting with others.

    Preparation

*You are expected to take the time to learn the fights, read strategies, and know how to not stand in fire (unless required by fight mechanics).

*You are dynamic enough to adjust strategies based off of raid composition.

*You will be expected to bring all items to raid that are necessary to do your job properly.

*Flasks, potions, and food may or may not be provided by the guild, depending on guild support. If they are not available, please provide your own.

    Voice Chat

*You should have to have some type of voice chat for the sake of communication, and a microphone. Exceptions will obviously be made for those who have accessibility needs.

*Knowing that you have that level of responsibility, there are times when it is necessary for you to keep the off-topic chat to a minimum. Here’s some examples:
    Boss fights
    Looting
    Strategy Modification or Discussion
    When others ask for it.

    Loot

*We are using a “Need before Greed, with common sense” loot system, with a master looter acting as a gate.

*Common sense dictates that you are all adults and there is no need to argue about loot whatsoever. It’ll drop again, trust us.

Here’s an example of a 10-second common sense loot event:

Plate gloves drop from a kill.
These gloves are viable for 4 members of the raid team.
For Player 1, those gloves are BIS, but are more of a sidegrade, because he already has a pair of gloves that are good, but not the best.
Player 2 already has BIS gloves, he passes.
Player 3 has crappy gloves and these are a serious upgrade for them.
Player 4 also has crappy gloves.
Player 1 states that they’re BIS for him, but he already has pretty good gloves. Asks if anyone else needs them.
    Player 2 says “I pass.”
Player 3 and 4 both state that they’re using crappy gloves and that they’re a serious upgrade to them.
Player 1 says “Okay, I’ll pass”, because he is an adult, and he’s more interested in doing what’s best for the raid team. He also realizes that there will be dozens of chances for those gloves to drop again, because
    Player 2 and 3 roll
    Player 2 wins.
Player 3 doesn’t complain because he knows that he’ll have dozens of chances for those gloves to drop.
    Absolutely no drama happened.

*BoE items will go to the guild bank, and will be sold on the auction house to pay for materials and gold for repairs, unless it is an upgrade for a member of the team. That item must be equipped immediately by the member who receives the item as an upgrade.

*BoE items will be made available at market price to the guild for 7 days after the raid before posting to the auction house. Available Items can be viewed in the Guild Bank.

*Unless otherwise noted, Characters wearing our Guild’s tag will ALWAYS have priority over characters which are not.

There is a zero-tolerance policy on arguing about loot! DON’T BE THAT GUY.
First offense: You will be removed from the Raid Team for the night.
Second Offense: You will be permanently removed from the Raid team, and very likely the guild.

    Wipes

*Be prepared to release and run back as quickly as possible, as to not waste time. Do not wait for a rez unless directed to do so.

*Discussion on strategy is encouraged during this period of time. Say your part as efficiently as possible.
