To reiterate, I'm not recommending survival, Azor. I'm just not seeing this BM for Mythic+ or you're retarded line of reasoning. As I've said repeatedly, I'm not even sure what we're seeing in the SV sims is real, and it's not like any of us really have a choice to go SV in our raids. If we allowed our hunters to go SV, we'd have to figure out what to do with 10 melee, and that is just an awful thing during progression.
SV has a lot of fun things, and the legendaries (e.g. http://www.wowhead.com/item=137101/call-of-the-wild) seem like it could make the Mythic+ grind fun, but I'm not really recommending it. I can definitely be changed on this line of reasoning for MM throughout Mythic+ dungeons. It just seems like a safer option with what could be essentially a persistent cd (Bullseye) that you can basically keep by coaching your tank to pull the last mob in a pack to the next pack when he's below 20%.
I'm being EXTREMELY conservative in my MM estimates, imo.
