Got it on my first kill. I wasn't aware at the time that the drop rate was not 100%.

Yeah i know, but over 35 kills and it has never dropped.

Got it on my first kill, didn't even know it was a thing. The other druids in my guild hate me, one of them is up to 40+ kills and hasn't seen it.

Enough kills that my druid did the weapon quest and still doesnt have it.

I feel so bad getting on the first run with my druid..
I didn't even know it was a rare drop. I thought it drops for all druids on that boss... So that's why I don't see a lot of that around
