Weapons of Destruction's Roughneck raid team is looking for ranged dps and an exceptional healer to fill out our mythic roster. We are a "new" raid group of old raid buddies and some new meat thrown in. Our history is that we formed in late May of this year and in 8 weeks were able to achieve AoTC and 1/13M with quite a few newly minted 100s prior to 7.0.3. We're not looking for individuals only interested in progression, but also in finding a long term home for Legion and beyond.

Expectations
- Research your class and perform at a high level.
- Raid prep; consumables, strategies, etc.
- Min/Maxing
- Extremely high attendance >90%; we do NOT recruit for the bench
- Must be able to accept criticism
- Thick skin
