new build, any help with parts appreciated :)

hey every 1, unfortunately some 1 loved my gaming computer so much that they had to steal it... so im back to build another 1! the parts people on these forums suggested last time really went well together and was a really solid build so i thought id check in again

    Budget - $1400
    Resolution - 1920x1080
Games / Settings Desired - medium to high settings for WoW, rift and elder scrolls online
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) - not really, do a tiny bit of video editing
    Country - Australia
Parts that can be reused - none
Do you need an OS? - yes will need an OS
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? - monitor

my budget isnt firm and am not fussed if it goes over the 1400 abit but would like to keep it around that area if at all possible.
    cheers all

Even tho not as crazy of pricing as new zealand its still rough lol. This is about as good as you are gonna get for under 1500, PSU is a super good deal for 34 bucks (i have exact same model, going strong for 5 years now).
