Currently residing on the glorious real of 'The Maelstrom'. An Alliance Guild with the passion and determination to be a solid raiding force in Legion on a 3 day a week schedule. 20:00 - 23:00, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday.
General Information!
A group of friends, brought together again after riding solo in different guilds united under one banner.
The vision we all have was to have a successful raiding guild within the community of 'The Maelstrom' so, we created <Scared of Girls>.
Our current members (While small at the moment) have raided in high end guilds and even leading a top 300 guild in Mists of Pandaria.
Our Goals and Plan!
Short term: Ride into Legion with a tight core of players, blitzing the leveling process, into heroic dungeons and achieve the maximum mythic 5 man difficulty that we can to optimize the gear ready for raiding.
We aim to have a roster of around 25-30 people come the first week of raiding so we can blitz through normal and heroic mode.
The plan is to have a stable roster come the end of the Emerald Dream to smash through the content of The Nighthold.
Long term: Be one of the top guilds on 'The Maelstrom' and achieve and complete all the content gaining ahead of the curve in Mythics.
We aim to be a stable guild and one that will last out this expansion and onwards into what ever expansion Blizzard make up next.
What we can offer you!
Stability in the guild: The leading team has known each other for a long time now and has already been through pretty much the worst situations possible. So suddenly going nuts and disbanding will never happen.
Leadership: Leadership that will always be engaged in guild matters and at all times will invest all of their talent into solving all guild-related issues.
Able raid-leading: We are experienced and mature, do a lot of research and our first and most important goal is to seek perfection. We are also open to suggestions from our team mates, both in raids and outside them and prefer to keep a more democratic way when discussing ways to approach the boss fights.
Equality: Fairness and impartiality in loot. Our loot distribution system is a EPGP system. Which we feel works best. Loot will also be based on attendance and performance per fight.
Atmosphere: A comfortable and friendly raiding atmosphere. Some of the above may sound dangerously like us being two guys taking things too serious. We are not. Get to know us and you will soon realize that we very often joke around about all sorts of stuff (much of which is not WoW-related). We will take everything as serious as necessary but as light as possible.
Being Human: We will always accept that real-life issues are more important than WoW. No one will be punished for occasionally having other obligations that interfere with their participation. Just a bit of notice would be nice.

Attendance: Maintain a high attendance record.
Commitment: Once you sign up for the raid you complete the raid.
Criticism: Be able to take and also give out criticism.
Vocal: Use your voice, don't be afraid to express views.
Preparation: Come with consumables and knowledge of the encounters.
Personality: Have one.
