As a Warlock, what do I need to do to best prepare myself before launch tomorrow?

I already have WA's setup for Aff/Destro. I have full 700+ ilvl gear.

Where should I log out? Etc, what things do I need to do to put myself in a good position for leveling to 110 as soon as the servers open?

log off in New Dalaran, that is where the breadcrumb chain we have been doing should pick up at to start you on your artifact quest. People are forgetting that before we ever even step foot into broken isles to level that we have to do the artifact/class hall questline.
