EDIT: 7/7HC and now looking for at least 1 healer and some really good DPS so we can clear Mythic. We merged with a similar sized group on our realm and now have a core than can realistically look at clearing the current tier before Nighthold.
As the title suggests our newly founded guild is recruiting for upcoming raids and dungeon content that Legion has to offer. I'll go into more detail below but as a quick TL;DR we are looking at doing heroic raids to get used to playing alongside each other and test the water for Mythic raids in the future (probably Nighthold and onwards)

A group of around 8 long-time players have created <Fam> on the Twilight's Hammer connected realm group. We've played with each other for years and have experience raiding at casual levels all the way up to top 100 guilds.
What we aim for
In Legion our immediate goal is to raid heroic Emerald Nightmare and recruit enough people who would like to be part of a project from the ground-up and eventually want to raid Mythic. We've agreed on raiding 2 days a week to begin with (Wednesday & Sunday - 2000 to 2330 CEST) but as I've stated above if we have success and want to push harder content or faster progression we'll add a day and start Mythic raids.
Who?
We welcome all classes at the moment and you don't have to be the best cutting-edge raider either. Obviously at least some heroic/mythic raiding experience is required and knowledge of how to optimize your character! We want people who are prepared, willing to learn and wont quit or rage at the first sign of some criticism or banter. As I say we've all played together alot and insult each other on a consistent, toxic basis, so having thick skin and participating would be advantageous, 99 times out of 100 no one really means it!
Alts/Mythic+
We'll be looking into getting everyone a geared alt that will participate in Mythic+ dungeon runs and heroic raids, especially if we decide to start Mythic in future tiers but that will be further down the line. All of us have realm best experience of challenge modes so along with alts, we'll be looking to make groups for Mythic+ on our mains and pushing for good times/levels as soon as possible!
Summary
To reiterate, were newly set up and even though we all knew we'd play together in Legion our website isn't ready yet and the nitty gritty details are yet to be decided. We'll be a fun place to be with commitment to raids and other end game content. If you're dedicated and loyal you'll receive it from us!
